Today, Sky Scrawl introduces Scroll, a new home for serialized fiction bringing stories from India and around the world to readers everywhere.

Scroll is being built for writers with something to say and readers looking for somewhere new to go. Debut voices and established writers will bring stories rooted in their homes, cultures, experiences and imaginations — from the heartland to the biggest cities, from familiar streets to worlds that exist nowhere else. School dramas, comedy, mystery, action, adventure, romance, fantasy, science fiction, thrillers, children's stories and plenty more. Some will feel instantly familiar. Others will take you somewhere you've never been. Different places. Different voices. One place to read them.

At the heart of Scroll is serialized fiction: stories that arrive in episodes, chapters and installments and give readers a reason to come back. Some series may release daily. Others may arrive weekly or follow a rhythm of their own. The format belongs to the story. And when the next episode lands, there won't be a paywall waiting between you and what happens next. The first Scroll series are already being written and prepared for release. They come from different writers, different places and very different corners of fiction, and we're not ready to reveal all of them just yet.
